A. SCHOOL CLOSURE OWING TO OVERNIGHT SNOW
Head teacher will consult with caretaker on site.

A notice will also appear on the school website and parents may also receive a text message. Local Radio stations may also publish the school closure on their websites. The following stations will announce the closure at half hourly intervals: TFM, Century and Galaxy. A text message will be sent to all parents to notify them.
The Head Teacher will notify teachers and lunchtime supervisors, the Deputy Head will notify other support staff.
Where possible a message will be left on the school answering machine but this may not always be feasible.
